Music has the power to unlock memory, emotion, and connection.
For many, the songs of the golden age of cinema are tied to cherished moments and loved ones. Hearing these melodies again can awaken joy, spark conversation, and create a deep sense of belonging.

Research shows that familiar songs can stimulate parts of the brain that remain active even in later stages of illness. Rekindling emotion, lifting mood, and inviting peace.

As an accredited mind–body practitioner, pastoral singer, and professional Jazz vocalist, I bring all of these modes together in Stardust of Yesterday where the worlds of music, memory, and healing meet.

My work with the elderly and the unwell has shown me how music can open hearts and restore connection, while my background in jazz allows these classic songs to breathe anew with warmth and authenticity.

This offering celebrates the timeless standards from film and stage. Songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald and the great voices of the silver screen reimagined as moments of reflection, joy, and grace.
